Get Involved - Volunteer Smart Growth Jobs

FCSG seeks the assistance of member organizations and individuals for a number activities associated with its work. We are all volunteers and any assistance you can give is gratefully appreciated. Our needs include:

Transportation and transit expertise
Speakers bureau coordinator
Monthly program guest speaker coordinator
Informational Fact Sheet writer
Writing and copying meeting handouts
Telephone calling tree member
Arranging civic association speaking engagements
Mailing list data entry
Illustrator depicting Smart Growth possibilities
Producing Smart Growth community cable TV shows
Producing Smart Growth videos
Membership committee
Volunteer coordinator
Organizing fundraising and social events
Organizing letter writing campaigns
Press coordinator
Office filing and organizing
 

We can use your help for as little or as much time as you can make available. Prior experience helpful but not necessary!! You will have the satisfaction of working with other friendly, progressive, knowledgeable, and community-minded folks in Northern Virginia in a collegial atmosphere as we fight to make our community a more livable place to live.
